Personal AI Dashboard

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Personal AI Dashboard accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Application scope

The Personal AI Dashboard is a private, personal-use application. It is not offered as a public service. Only Google accounts whose owners complete the application’s authorization flow are accessed.

Google user data accessed

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to operate the owner’s dashboard: identify and summarize approved newsletter content, maintain local review and history records, verify expected registration confirmations, read the designated reservation source, create an approved calendar event, and move an eligible source message to Gmail Trash only after the application’s documented safety checks and retention period.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens and Gmail-derived dashboard data are stored locally on the owner’s computer with restricted file permissions. They are not stored on this informational website. Local records remain until the owner removes them or the application’s local retention process replaces them. Gmail messages remain subject to the owner’s Google account controls and Google’s retention behavior.

Sharing and disclosure

The application does not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. Data is transmitted only to Google APIs as required to perform an authorized operation and to local application components controlled by the owner.

Security

The dashboard runs on a private loopback service. Credentials and runtime data are kept outside its source repository. Authorization is account-specific, and the application verifies the expected mailbox during connection.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Personal AI Dashboard’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and deletion

An account owner may revoke the application’s access at any time through the Google Account third-party connections page. To request deletion of locally stored application data, contact moabhiker28@gmail.com.

Policy updates

This policy will be updated if the application’s data practices materially change. The revision date below identifies the current version.
